Parent Volunteer Info
ALL HANDS ON DECK!
Briar Hill Farm Swim Team is a summer recreational club run entirely
by volunteers where we need everyone's help!
BHF Volunteer Coordinator: [email protected]
If you have a child registered on the BHF Swim Team, ALL PARENTS are required to fulfill their volunteer requirement. The more parents we have volunteering, the less meets required to volunteer!
VOLUNTEERING 2023
Each family should plan on signing up to VOLUNTEER for 2-3 MEETS. The final volunteer shift requirement will be determined closer to end of registration. You will find out your volunteer job when you arrive. All job assignments will be made randomly.
Each family’s volunteer commitment will be as follows:
| PARENT VOLUNTEER SHIFT REQUIREMENTS | |
| *Note: If your swimmer is attending Conference, each family in attendance will be required to volunteer. More info and communication will be sent out as time gets closer. The Triathlon will be using sign-up genius for their volunteers and NOT TeamUnify. |
